How can I authenticate an upgrade that I purchased through a reseller?

To authenticate your upgrade and use your software, you must obtain a permanent license code. You can do this through our online Upgrade Wizard or by calling customer service.

When authenticating your upgrade, please have your old Retrospect License Code/Registration Number and your new Upgrade Authentication Code (UAC) ready. You will be required to provide this information before you can authenticate your upgrade. After you complete the authentication process, you will receive your new working license code via e-mail within 24 hours.
