Where can I find my License Code or Registration Number?
A License Code is a string of 16 numbers and letters used to install and
register more recent versions of Retrospect products. If you have not
yet installed the software, your License Code can be found on the inside
flap of the CD folder. If you have already installed and launched the
software, your license code can be found in the License Manager in the
Retrospect Window menu, as demonstrated in the screen shots
below.
A Registration Number is a string of 10 numbers and letter (preceded by
a U, D, F, or J) used to install and register older versions of
Retrospect. You can find your Registration Number on the registration
card that came with your product, on the bottom of the product box, or
on the inside cover directly under the CD in the jacket.
